Description: About Me I was at my heaviest weight in 1990, a earth thundering 475 pounds. After 2 and a half years, I dropped nearly 300 pounds of fat and in the years since, gained nearly 60 pounds of lean muscle tissue through Weight Training and Bodybuilding. I tell people that I have a Before, and After and a Current picture because at my lightest weight, 187 pounds, I was still carrying some body fat and was quite gaunt. It was through the process of weight training that I began to pack on some muscle and become more proud of how I looked.
