Life in 140 Characters
I’ve mentioned before that I find that my life is too boring to blog, most days. You can only talk about cleaning up trains and cars, watching the same DVDs, and who successfully used the potty so many times before it gets insanely dull. I spare you that much — Thank me.
However, my kids do have brief moments that make hysterical tweets and I am occasionally struck with moments of wittiness. I’ve decided that I have a much more tweet-worthy life, than blog-worthy. Here are a few of my favorites from the past few days:
3.5 yr old has figured out wedgies. His lil brother is lucky that he’s still in diapers.

Finally Some Alone Time
I knew when I signed on for this whole parenting gig that it meant giving up my personal life to take care of my family. I’m all cool with that, except that I didn’t quite count on the extreme that it would go to around here. The last time that hubby and I went out sans kiddos was almost 4 years ago, before K was born. There have been several different reasons for this, including pregnancies, my mom (and only chance at a sitter) passing away, money issues…you get the picture.

More Nostalgia: Playing Pretend
This post was going to be something totally different, but as I watched my kids interact with each other and their toys this afternoon, it took a drastic change. I found myself reminiscing over my own childhood memories again (see yesterday’s post on holiday TV specials) and getting amazed and saddened at technology and progress.
