You’ve got leftover turkey from Thanksgiving*? Never fear, I did a little research on my favorite recipe site (RecipeZaar) and here are 16 ways to use up your leftover turkey! The first 8 recipes are the old standby classics, the last 8 are some unusual recipes you may not have considered before.

Happy Thanksgiving from the Frugal Upstate family to yours! We will be enjoying the hospitality of my lovely Mother in Law this afternoon. . . she does the turkey and we split up the side dishes. This year I’m bringing the Cranberry Relish and some Cranberry Bread.
Now it’s off to family time-tune in tomorrow for some great “Turkey Leftover” ideas!

I wonder if you have considered adding a feature such as Trent has on The Simple Dollar, with posts containing links to useful, timeless posts from that week during previous years on your blog. I’ve been a long-time reader, and I think that you have a lot of material that would qualify.
