Can you answer your students' questions about heart rate training?
This morning I taught a tough interval class in which we did numerous intervals above threshold. There were a lot of smiling faces afterward, their legs drained, faces red. As usual my students are eager to learn the training information I give them with each class and they listened carefully as I explained the benefits of this particular workout, as well as the importance of recovery after this kind of intensity. Maybe you've wondered why I seem to be apologizing for not delivering promised posts, such as my Can Fit Pro sessions the past 3 weeks. (Hey, I take this blog seriously and I hate not doing what I say I'm going to do). There have been reasons! By sharing this information with you, you'll understand a little more about me and what we (my husband and I) have been enduring the past, oh, 6-8 months...First, I now have very good news to share...We have a contract for our
