Well today is pay day, so I updated the sidebars and my NetworthIQ. For the month of November, my net worth increased by 2.96%. I'm pleased about that, especially because I decided to buy out my entire private car insurance for the year (so now I only have approx. $78 payments per month for ICBC basic insurance). Last night I went for coffee with my friend who lost her engagement ring. Still haven't found it. It was a custom-made ring, so they went back to the ring designer and told him their situation. He suggested that he could make an exact replica of the ring, and use real diamonds to surround the centre diamond like before, but the centre diamond would actually be a cubic zirconia - and then when they had enough money down the road to replace the cubic zirconia, he could just pop it out and replace it with a real diamond. All that for $1,000, which is a steal IMO. The designer felt really sorry for them. My friend isn't happy about shelling out the extra money, but it's the best possible outcom
