Most organizations hire or otherwise appoint people to functional positions in order for them to fulfill the requirements of predetermined job descriptions. Organizations arguably create and maintain these job descriptions to ensure the accomplishment of particular tasks, or more likely in management levels, to ensure the accomplishment of objectives that support their goals and their overall missions.
