Do-gooders need to take care of themselves, as well as others, and that includes taking care of their bodies.If I can make time to do yoga in the morning, I know it's going to be a good day. Sometimes I do it for 10 minutes, sometimes for 30 minutes, and sometimes I have the luxury of going to a 60-90 minute class.
