Fitness Challenge November My goal in this November fitness challenge is to walk / jog 60 miles in November. This equates to about 2 miles a day. So to make my goal work for me I need to breek it into weekly goals. That would be 14 miles this week. If you are like me each day you can not do the same exact thing. Therefore, I will focus on three big days a week. Yesterday was such a day. I did 3 miles on my treadmill, burned 1100 calories and walked 1.25 miles to work. Total of 4.25 miles for day 2. Fitness Challenge. I joined the fitness challenge on facebook to walk / run 50 miles in the month of November. It is not too late to join.
