| Description: |
Biologically, and, philosophically, we can consider ourselves as "complex adaptive systems".
As such, we are dynamic, interactive organisms......we are always "becoming not being".
We create a sense of ourselves through narrative. We are the heroes of our own stories.
There's a tendency for us to go through life on autopilot - like zombies. Our challenge, our opportunity, is to wake up, make choices, and become the heroes of our own lives. |

One group were given lifestyle education (diet, exercise etc), and the other group was taught how to practice TM. After 9 years the TM group had a 47% reduction in deaths, he
Does anyone know what makes these marks?
This isn’t a quiz….well, at least, not in the sense that I know the answer! I came across these strange marks on fallen trees in a forest recently. Have you any idea what makes this happen? Is it a fungus? An insect? A worm?? Look at the variety, it’s quite astonishing!
