Howard County Board Releases October Statistics
Howard County Board of Realtors released these statistics which pretty much back up the State statistics posted last week. I had a request from a reader to post these since they come in a different format with graphs.You'll see that the inventory has plummeted and the sales have escalated.The YTD settlements are just about equal to last years and all indications are that total settlements will exceed 2008. In reviewing the October housing statistics for Maryland I noticed several things:-There are close to 40% more units sold in October 2009 than last year same month!!!
