Mmm Mmm Good :: Food Poisoning
So, I have been down for the count for the past 4 days. It has not been fun. I'm pretty sure I'm getting over food poisoning. I was feeling kind of queasy Wednesday night and then ended up becoming really acquainted with my toilet all night! So much fun! I got about an hour and a half of sleep that night and then was pitiful all the next day. Then I got about 14 hours of sleep and felt a lot better, only to wake up Saturday feeling awful again. I'm feeling a lot better today. I actually ate real food. I had a dream about eating real food last night, so I take that as a positive thing that my body is wanting to eat normal food again. I'm still a bit puny feeling, but ho
Honeymoon :: Liverpool, England
Don't get your hopes up folks, these pictures aren't much of anything! We went to Glasgow, Scotland before Liverpool, but it was raining all day and we decided not to get out the cameras. I was a bit sad about it, because we went to this beautiful tiny town called Luss and walked out onto a pier on Loch Lomond. It was gorgeous! Oh well, I guess I'll just have to go back! :)Anyway, when we got to Liverpool we didn't really have anything planned. The tour of Ansfield, the football (soccer) stadium, had been canceled because there was a game being played that day. it had been the only tour that Joey and I were interested in and we were very bummed when it was canceled!
Honeymoon :: Edinburgh, Scotland
Hello all! Sorry about the lag in blogs. Between getting married, moving, and re-working my packaging and such, I've been crazy busy! For those of you stalking my blog for my wedding photos, I promise I will post them once I get them, but that might not be for another month or so. Since I'm insane and wanted amazing wedding coverage, my photographers have over 13 or 14 hours of photos to go through. I have no issue with giving them some time! :)Anyway, here is my first installment of honeymoon photos! These are from Edinburgh, Scotland, which was our first port. Nothing too fancy, just shots I took that I enjoyed. Hopefully some of you will
Back in the States
Hey all! I made it safely back to the states! After about 23 hours of traveling Friday, my new Husband, Joseph, and I made it back to Kansas! Then we got up Saturday morning, picked up his father from the airport, packed up a moving truck, and headed out on our 21 hour trip to Tampa, Florida! We made it to Tampa last night at around 9 PM. We were exhausted, and I slept like a baby last night!So now I am a resident of Florida, crazy, I know. It's insanely warm here and it feels VERY weird! I am now taking on Florida weddings and portraits. I am still available for Kansas weddings as well! It's always fun to have an excuse to go visit all of my family!
Ravyn and Gabriel | Married!
So I'm sitting at at the airport in London. This is day 1 of my honeymoon, though technically day two with the time change. We are going on a cruise around the United Kingdom! I'm very excited, though packing is not fun! I'm very excited to be out of the country again and can't wait to take some fun pictures! I'll share when I get back!I'll leave you all with some of Ravyn and Garbiel's beautiful wedding photos. They are a great couple and do so well in front of the camera. I was honored to take part in their special day. They got married at Lake Shawnee in Topeka on September 25th. It was a beautiful day. Enjoy!
