Where My Ladies At?!
THESE ARE OUR STORIES(How I Became a [Female] Hockey Fan)! I'm from Wisconsin and have been a pens fan for years. It came about when I met a girl that ended up becoming one of my best friends my freshman year of high school. Her older brother who was eighteen played goalie for our local club team. In order to spend any time with her in the winter I had to go to his games and after the first couple I decided it was time that I learned about what was going on. Her dad introduced me to the pens when he dug out a big box of old vhs tapes and showed me game six of the finals against the north stars.

Even Sid thinks so!!This video is from Crosby's press conference prior to his carrying the Olympic torch in Halifax. The guy "addressing" him is Shaun Majumder from "This Hour Has 22 Minutes," a weekly Canadian comedy that features satirical sketches of the weekly news and Canadian political events -- Canada's equivalent of SNL!Majumder builds on different mathematical equations occurring in Sid's "journey" that eventually leads to Canada winning the gold in Vancouver 2010. It is pretty comical (and he has Sid's attention - you can tell he knows "what's coming").
