THANK YOU!   Two small words can mean so much!  When was the last time you received a thank you note? How did it make you feel?  People are more likely to remember you and refer you to others when you add that personal touch.  Never underestimate the power of a thank you note or thank you email or even taking a minute to leave a voicemail thanking someone for their time and business.  The fortune’s in the follow up!
