How to Buy Ski Boots
Ski boots are in my opinion the most important piece of ski gear. They, along with the bindings, create the connection between the skier and skis. During a normal ski day your feet will spend several hours inside the boots. It is possible to ski a full day with skis that don’t fit your style or size well, but it’s impossible to keep skiing for a long time with boots that don’t fit your feet. Skipe Oivo – Life Matters
Why are we here? Because it feels so frickin’ good to wake up in the morning and breathe fresh air. Because every single day is a great journey filled with possibilities. Because there is so much to see and experience out in the world. My name is Kimmo Oivo and I am a skier. I was born with skis and I will ski until I close my eyes the last time. People know me as “Skipe”, which is my nickname. As a kid I was called “Kipe”, and one day I wrote my name on the wall of a barn. For some reason my brother added the letter “S” in front of it, so since then I’ve been called “Skipe”.

At the times of recession - Re:Session review
I went to see TGR’s newest ski movie here in Missoula. I really don’t watch so many ski movies, but that doesn’t mean that I couldn’t have an opinion on them and review Re:Session. To go with the theme of recession the movie began with clips about financial crisis and stuff like that. But why? If you don’t have money you can still just “eat, ride and sleep”? Err… It just felt like the guys couldn’t figure out a better theme to go with.
