Thanksgiving, glorious Thanksgiving
Holidays are always a little bitter-sweet because either Mol or I am away from our families. The Vespermans and Pearsons both do Thanksgiving similarly but there are small differences - mostly in the food that is consumed. Pearsons have mashmellow sweet potatoes that I could probably do without (but it goes on my plate and down the hatch anyway) but Molly loves. From the Grill: Two-Napkin Dinner
Tonight was Iron Chef America: Minnesota Edition. Secret Ingredient - Avocado.The warm weather gave me the motivation to get the grill out. We had a lot of great things to top the burgers with and nothing is better than a burger with lots of veggies. Tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, lettuce and avocado were the garnish.
