Are you preparing for a fabulous 2010? I thought I would share my planning process maybe it will help you think bigger.  Every quarter I look at my business and determine where I want to get better.  I ask myself two questions.  What can I do better? How can I do more? Those questions give me a place to begin the evaluation, and it allows me to begin thinking bigger.  I use this same process to begin planning for the next year.
