Cherry-Fudge Brownie Torte
This week’s Tuesdays with Dorie recipe was chosen by April of Short + Rose The recipe will be available on her site and I have to admit, she chose really well. This is absolutely decadent. The brownie layer of this torte is loaded with the flavor of cherries and is remniscent of a Black Forest Cake. Then there is the mousse made with cream cheese and mascarpone cheese. This took longer to make then I thought it would but it is definitely worth it. This turned out absolutely wonderful and I definitely will make it again.
