Appraisal Changes
Have you heard? It may not be official yet, but certainly more than a rumor now.
Important legislation was passed by the senate and will be included in H.R. 3126 for a house vote.
An important part of this amendment was to sunset the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) and allow all licensed loan originators to order appraisals directly.
What does this mean for homebuyers? This means that your realtors and mortgage originators can recommend competent appraisers that they work with and are confident that their service is professional,

House Hunters!
Working with the Joy Daniels team and the clients we have come to know as our friends has been an experience that I am grateful to be a part of. As I approach my three year anniversary of being a part of this great group of people, I find myself looking forward to new experiences, new friends and more exciting ways to assist our clients in making their dreams come true. Home shopping myself, I understand the desire to find a home that fulfills all the specific criteria that we all find important. Accepting that this process can be quick or take some time, patience is something that goes hand-in-hand when searching for that home with the right “feel”.

Real Estate Intervention, Flip This House, Million Dollar Listing, House Hunters…. Today’s TV schedule seems to be filled with the opportunity to watch episodes related to the world of Real Estate. They know their information and are passionate about what they do. Giving them the chance to talk abou
A Team Costs More Money!
Some Sellers believe that a real estate team costs more than an agent that works alone. That is absolutely NOT true! Think about it this way, if you had to have surgery would you hire a doctor that couldn’t afford a staff and only did 5 to 6 operations a year?
Selling your home involves 100 tasks from the day your home is listed until the day you go to closing to pick up your proceeds check. Details mean dollars! My team of specialists can and will handle all details and the ball doesn’t get dropped. And the best part is there is no extra cost to you for my team. Let my team be your “A” team!
