Once Upon A Time ...
Once Upon A Time There Lived A TigerOnce upon a time there lived a tiger, he was ferocious and a bright orange and had black stripes all over him, by saving him they said you could save water, forests and man, sadly there is none of it now (except for the last). The last known tiger died of unnatural causes, the Chinese trillionaire had put a bounty on his head as they said that eating his organs would make him a man, they wanted to wear his skin as trophies of warriors. When they killed him they discovered he was not of much use, he had rotted away like everything else. The big jungle that had been his playground had been reduced to a city with metroes and sea

The Two Sparrows ...
The Two Sparrows and the RowNote-Wrote this a long time back when I first read the review of Shantaram, I think its always relevant in contextWas it a Khushwant Singh story? If I over-think there will always be wrong- some place, if I don’t, everything I have is perfect. With the fights, with the walks, with the big discussions, disagreements, they can all make me very happy.Since I was supposed to be continuing my post about Wake up Sid, the basic innocence in the emotions
IktaraFinally got...
IktaraFinally got to watch the movie Wake up Sid, my ever enthusiastic roomie and me summoned the courage to wake up at 7 in the morning change 6 trains before we finally got to see one movie. Thank goodness it wasn’t all that bad. I liked it and I really think Bengalis make good movies. Hmm.. Should I stereotype? I guess not… ok so Bengalis don’t make good movies :P I wish life were so easy (even when I have a knack of making it complicated), but the best part of the movie the kind that almost gave me goosebumps was getting used to Mumbai. It makes me feel very lost and very small when I think of the city I came to, and its impossible to des
