New Logo & Business Card for Cooper Montgomery Designs
Cooper Montgomery commissioned kimtown to design a company logo and business card for his custom furniture and millwork shop. This was a fun project to work on! We did some research into his style of design, the arts and crafts movement, its colors and other items of interest to create his unique items. Cooper creates custom pieces out of reclaimed wood and is based in Millersville, PA.

Mmmm Monday – Carrot Cake
A wonderful way to start your work week! Make some carrot cakes to take to the office! A fantastically tasty recipe by The Culinary Cafe. Carrot Cake: 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 2 cups grated carrots 1 8oz can crushed pineapple w/ juice 3/4 cups chopped walnuts (optional) ICING: 1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened 1 cup butter softened 1 16oz powdered sugar 2 tsp vanilla

WordPress 2.8.6 Security Release
2.8.6 fixes two security problems that can be exploited by registered, logged in users who have posting privileges. If you have untrusted authors on your blog, upgrading to 2.8.6 is recommended. The first problem is an XSS vulnerability in Press This discovered by Benjamin Flesch. The second problem, discovered by Dawid Golunski, is an issue with sanitizing uploaded file names that can be exploited in certain Apache configurations.
