first start with a really big pot. 1 pound ground beef — brown and drain 1 cup chopped celery + 1/4 cup chopped green onion — add to meat and cook till soft add 1/4 cup chopped green pepper add 4-5 cans chicken broth — bring to boil 1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables — simmer 15 minutes 1 large can kidney beans or great northern — simmer 10 minutes 1 jar spaghetti sauce — simmer 30 minutes add 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning pinch of salt and pepper add cooked pasta of choice when serving (if you leave it in the soup, it soaks up all the fluid) this recipe makes a lot
