A Different World
A friend of mine subbed for another teacher. Instead of seeing a room of new faces, she asked a few of us to join her. I was happy to support my friend. She’s known for her advanced style and holding poses. I found a space out front and walked into the studio. After checking in, I came into the room. To Honor and Receive

During and after our lesson, I was convinced the Divine is reached when all seven chakras are tuned in with each other.

Yoga Runner
I love running just as much as yoga. They provide me with an excellent balance for overall fitness and health. Before every half or full marathon I take a heated yoga class. I leave feeling completely relaxed, stretched and focused on the race. While running, I remind myself to inhale slowly and mindful, like Ujjayi breathing. The breath is deep, I feel my chest rise, my shoulders raise and my spine arches. I exhale through my mouth, lowering my shoulders and relaxing my gaze. I
