An engineer’s perspective on fundraising
Dr. Robeva was one of my favorite Math and CS professors at Sweet Briar. I had many favorites actually, between Dr. Chase, Dr. Wassell, and the Kirkwoods, it was impossible to go wrong in that department. I vividly recall one memory in particular, that has stuck with me, and for some reason, as I have been going through this fundraising process for RunMyErrand it somehow keeps popping into my head. I was a C++ tutor (total geek), and we were sitting in the the large computer lab in Guion (the science building). Anyone in that building lived and breathed the sciences

Insane or just an entrepreneur?
I’m sitting here at the airport (SFO), after what has been a whirlwind few weeks. Coming off the heels of the Facebook incubator program, it has been non stop, and even before that I can’t really remember a time where I have paused. Pausing now. Just for a moment, as I am waiting for my flight to board. Back to Boston? Nope, change of plans and taking the red-eye to Orlando to celebrate 95 years of a long life my grandfather lived. Picture a fiesty, puerto rican man, my mother calls the old "burrito" — priceless! In any case, I’m sitting here
