The greatest mistake that we on the left made was to let them define our identity without putting up a fight. True liberalism and progressiveness derives its core from a belief in the collective good, a shared win-win outlook, freedom of thought, and a high moral/ethical standard. We should be proud of these beliefs and celebrate them. This website will give liberals and progressives a place where they can share thoughts and ideas with others.
