Thanksgiving and Appreciative Inquiry
Among the Thanksgiving day plans along with menu and travel planning many of us pause to think about the many blessings we have in our lives. it has often been said that our Piilgrim forefathers beyond beign thankful for their survival actually survived because they were thankful.
As many of our libraries and their staff members are bracing for a difficult budget season this seems like a very good time to bring the surprisingly effective planning technique known as Appreciative Inquiry to everyon's atention.
