Congrats!
I have to say a huge congrats to Tarni and Kalyb who are now Wyndham City Sharks!They had a squad assessment tonight. Tarni is novice- twice a week squad.Kalyb has been asked to come once a week plus one lesson a week with Peak performance, because of his hyper extension issues- he needs some extra work on his technique ( as he has problems moving his arms and legs in the correct sequence whilst keeping them straight!)Not sure if Kalyb will go ahead with it throughout the year or whether he will just do one lesson with Peak Performance as he goes into Year 7, as the school has organised homework centre, tutoring and acting classes after school, squad might make

I am NOT ready!
I am not ready to have a child in high school...I think I am more nervous than he is. Today is Kalybs orientation, last week the uniform fitting. Today he will meet his homeroom teacher and the other kids in his homeroom class, and learn a bit more about how Mackillop College  works.Its now 4 more sleeps till Kalyb turns 12.He is growing up too quickly!

Ok so we had interviews today........Hmmm where do I start....Ok Kalyb. His appointment was bought forward to today, and we were pretty nervous. So we turned up at the school, and met the Vice Principal...and I have to worry when the first thing he says is " You look familiar, have we met before?" Hmmmm....turns out he went to Assumption College lol, but who knows?So we went on a tour of the school, including the massive sports stadium, the science department complete with snakes, lizards and turtles ( yes I shuddered walking past all those pythons), then past the avairys to the most important part of the school ( the tuckshop), past the auditorium with t
