stress of army families....
At first when jim deployed and i knew he was with mean people over there with guns (sorry honey Weapons) it was very hard every time you heard of an army casualty and had not talked to him for a while. I have been lucky in the fact that the whole time he was there i talked to him almost every day and it was only minimal when i didn't. So any ways I found the DOD (department of defense) web site wehre they give all teh news of the army and army casualties. I always looked at it to see how safe the area he was in was. Good morning
Not feeling like getting anything done today but it is morning and time to get started.... Dad has been staying here which is cool cause I hate staying here alone anyways.. lol....last night and half of yesterday Troy ,Jim and I all played on pogo (online games you can play against other people)... that was kind of fun. We got all our badges for the week in one day. I have not played it in a long time and troy kicked both our butts at bowling, some candy game and monopoly. Jim had to sit at the Aafes to get internet. Its like a mall there in washington on the base with shops and stuff inside of it. Its good he has good enough internet there to get on things like that now but it suck

So just from the time i wrote that blog and pressed send jim called to say that he was talking to a higher up of some kind while driving the sargent major and sargent whatever it was around and they are trying to get him a temporary leave so he can come home for thanksgiving. There is really no need for him to be there.. soooo. again of course we still wait... I never know how much time have for him to be home. In the mean time dad and i have been hanging out and he is staying here a few days...bad time to get your heart broken thats for sure..any one know any single women that know what they want..lol.... thats a big joke huh women can never make up there minds...wow that sounds like the

Army waiting game
It took me only about one time of jim going to one of his weekends to work way back when for me to learn why Dad always says "hurry up and wait" Me coming from a family of a bunch of vetrans and such i kind of already knew about the army ways. Anyways We are at one of those points. They sent him all over for paper work for this and that and they told him he was going to get his flight after one more thing. Now he found out that he has to wait for a paper work to come in before he can leave and that the average on it is a 7 to 10 day wait .. i figure that is 7 to 10 business days so that woudl put 7 days on thanksgiving and 10 on december 1st. I am greatful that i am pretty sure

HES coming home...HES COMING HOME !!!!!!!!WOOO HOOOO!!! yeah he really is 6 months early but he is coming home.....he he ..I did not really want to spend christmas with out him and well thanksgiving either really....I was invited to tg dinner at my friend jess's and we will pry stop by there in the evening but he said he wants to have a quiet thanksgiving dinner this year with the fam.. Well i dont know about the quiet part lol... but any ways.. i mean there are 7 little ones... I was planning on going shopping on the day after tg so im gonna need to find a sitter i think it will be fun for jim and i to go shopping for the kids christmas together..
