| Description: | Today I hear that Eminem is putting out a CD, finally ! It's been 4 years. I know I will get it just because I love him, I love that typical skinny blong boy that's angry with the world and knows he's pretty but wants to be bad-Anyways I started looking up pics and vids of this beautiful creature, he still looks just as good 10 years on. It's good he hasn't messed up his life and face with drugs like so many other rockers, he was older than the rest when he started and I think much wiser too, when it comes to shit like that after seeing all his mom went through and the heartache with his own daughter. I saw this film and as anti-gay Eminem is, I think this song typifies a young gay man who is obsessed with him, it reminded me when I fell in love with a blond boy at age 11 he was 12, I wanted him so bad, Dad was gone at that time and things were really rough at my home without money, I went on a week "road trip" in the cult with him and when I came back to my home I just cried and cried, I even missed the boyish smell of him. I met him later and he's happily with a nice girl from Poland. I got to thinking maybe Love is just obsession, it's put on such a high pedestal, it's one of the most self-unforgiving irrational of all human thought, but it's put on such creedance, why why why? I don't think I can ever really experience "love" as so many people do, I don't think all people are meant to experience it, maybe Eminem can't either I don't know. A Bridge now
Used to think I was only on one side of a generation, now I think I've crossed over long enough to make a bridge, usually it's old reaching out to the young, but I think I've reached to the old. It's funny I never thought things would change much in my life, but the internet and the Soviet Union breaking down has changed everything. Globalization is everywhere, technology is everywhere and violence still remians. My dad used to sing this song in clubs for the older patrons...Since we were only allowed to watch movies of "good value" we usually only watched older movies, read snipets of old books pre-mid century, when things like buggies, horses, whistles on trains were common subjects.
