A Texas Sized Light Rail Land Dispute?
While we continue to watch the local real real estate market here in Arizona, it is fun to keep an eye on how “Transit Oriented Development” is doing in other states, as well. I have mentioned that Denver land values have increased near light rail and I have heard similar things about Houston and other cities, as well.
”The city of Tempe has experienced the highest increase in the Valley in land value surrounding the light rail route, according to a study conducted by ASU doctor

For someone to steal their equipment, it basically means they have stolen a resource from the entire community. But, guess what? A community it is and people have and continue to step up, big time to help get them back on the air.

Daves Electric Brewpub in Tempe Looking for Beer Drinkers
Dave’s Electric Brewpub is finally here and yes, it is cool! The food is good, the beer is cold and the location is about as good as it gets for light rail riders and Sun Devil fans.
While there was a slight delay in their opening, we can now enjoy some more good, local beer. I have followed the construction and the story of this brewery for the past couple of months and was glad to see them open for business
