Five businesses that will help you live carfree
Grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning and any errands that normally require a car can be especially tricky when you’re carfree in Phoenix. Alternative transportation like the light rail, a bike or even a Zipcar (car sharing program) can get you around, however I’m curbing my use of the latter after my record carfree spending month in October. Running errands is not a huge problem when you’re carfree, but the wire basket attached to the handle

You don’t need to own a car to have fun in Phoenix

Goal number two: take a picture with headlining Celebrity Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. I realize these two goals together may seem odd, so here’s the backstory… You may have seen in my video blogs (video widget to the right) which detailed how much money I spent during the month of October using alternative modes of transportaton – namely the Zipcar. As I mentioned in my vlog – I love the Zipcar convenience, but if you̵
