VBS
When our pastor here chatted with me on Facebook about "hanging out" with a team that had just come in, Jon was still in Norway. We are always looking for other things to do here as a family. Pastor Terry mentioned that they were going to be doing a VBS towards the end of the week and would we like to help. I thought that sounded like a wonderful thing for us to all do together.We would be going to "the slums" of Jinja to an area called Masese. This is back where the locals make a banana brew. Family update
I realize that there are several people who would like to have updates on the family, not just what Jon is doing.. so I will try to post here more.Jen: I am doing good. So far my medication has been fine. If I could just remember to take my pill every morning. But the kids are on top of it. I was able to get my Dr. to write my RX for the whole year. So as long as my levels remain the same I am all set. I am thoroughly enjoying the warm weather. On the days where it seems really hot, I remind myself how much I hate the cold weather. We have found a great little church. It meets in the yard of the pastor... it has Ugandans and Mzungus (white people). So it is a nice mix. I really
