Phil gives us some important dates to remember - the First Time Home Buyer's Tax Credit will expire sooner than we think:
Via PHILIP TURNER-MORTGAGE BANKER SINCE 1980 (MCCUE MORTGAGE COMPANY):As of today, April 30th is 164 days away. April 30th is the last day that a Purchase and Sales Agreement may be signed by all parties to take advantage of the federal tax credit for home buyers.
Out of those 164 days we need to subtract out days that most of us do not work - Let's see what is ahead of us:
