  Phil gives us some important dates to remember - the First Time Home Buyer's Tax Credit will expire sooner than we think:   Via PHILIP TURNER-MORTGAGE BANKER SINCE 1980 (MCCUE MORTGAGE COMPANY):As of today, April 30th is 164 days away.  April 30th is the last day that a Purchase and Sales Agreement may be signed by all parties to take advantage of the federal tax credit for home buyers.
