All Asian ethnic groups living in the U.S. have a greater than 60 percent marriage rate. Asians marrying non-Hispanic Whites comprise the greatest proportion of intermarriages in the United States. Of Asians living in the U.S. who intermarry, about 75 percent are women. More than 50 percent of the Asians in the U.S. live in three states: California New York and Texas.
