After the wind lashed and stormy Saturday, Sunday turned out to be one of those beautiful sunny days that just makes you love being a Londoner. And it would seem most of London, had decided to get their flowers at Columbia Road Flower Market! Along with East End Girlfriend, Mr Jones and I popped into the market elbows pointed. 10 minutes later we were out with arms full of lillies (£5 for 2 bunches) and Orchids (£5 a pot). Now we were hungry. East End Girlfriend suggested this place. It was 1pm so we hot footed it down Broadway Market with its cute and cutting edge book shops, deco and antique boutiques and its plethora of post-ironic people.
