literally literal
| My tutors, and now the students favourite critism of my work is that it is too literal. I’m ashamed to say that I only had a vague idea of what this meant, but I knew what they wanted instead. Aesthetics?
| I haven’t updated in weeks! I’ve had quite a few projects lately, and an essay deadline coming up, second year is so busy. Thought I would tell all about a disscussion I had with my tutor today on aesthetics. We have a sketchbook project called Extended thought, we can pretty much do what we want in these square books. Within reason, and extend on stuff from other projects. My book is full of hands and coloured backgrounds and a couple of collages, nothing with more substance or interest.
