The Judge Advocate General of the United States Air Force, Lieutenant General Jack L. Rives, is pleased to announce the creation of new JAG Corps Annual Award, the Joy Dunlap Family Service Award. The Stephens Media newspapers have begun to spotlight men and women in uniform who have been commended for bravery in Afghanistan and Iraq. War is tragic and frightening.
