Law Firm PR, YouTube Video Leads to Lawsuit
11/24/09 -- Public relations for lawyers and law firms has been a focus of ours at David & Garcia PR from the start, and my business partner and I have been helping attorneys to make strategic use of communications with the media and beyond since we began our careers about 20 years ago. That is why it came as a bit of a surprise to us to learn about a defamation lawsuit against the prominent law firm of Ropers Majeski in San Francisco stemming from the firm’s statements in a YouTube video and TV news report about a class action suit that it had filed.Th
New Video on the Evolution of PR
11/10/09 -- Miami public relations firms have definitely evolved in 2009 in response to the challenging economy and the growing focus on digital communications. I expect that this event will get a fair amount of coverage because it has good visuals and sex appeal. I wasn't expecting a pot of gold for the work, b
David & Garcia PR Mentioned in Herald’s Social Media Column Today
9/29/09 - Check out today’s “Poked” column on social media from Bridget Carey and Niala Boodhoo of The Miami Herald today. We’re mentioned as the tipster behind her column on the topic from our last blog post about carefully considering who you choose to follow on Twitter. We’re glad that Bridget and Niala found our observations interesting
