Giving Thanks
I am very fortunate to have great families at church that are just like family to me. One of those Families are the Hall’s. Amanda is like a sister to me and I just love her to pieces. So when they extended the invite for me to join them again this year for Thanksgiving I jumped at the chance. (Naturally I made sure my mom didn’t mind if I skipped going out to dinner with her and my grandmother first.) Not only is the food always great at their house, but the company can’t be beat. You know those homes you go into that no matter how many kids are running around or what is going on that there is a sense of just peace and love amidst the chaos? A sense of warmth and
Confessions of a dreadful typist
Or I could have titled this “Spell check is good, stupid check would be better.”
I admit I am a terrible speller, and add to that I can’t type all that well and it can be a recipe for disaster. New Logo and blog header….
A few of you have noticed and asked about my new blog Header. It was made by the very talented and easy to work with Deb Roller from Deb Roller Designs. She also helped me tweak my logo to finally get it where I wanted it to be. Thanks again Deb, you’re the best!

Another great Sunday
It is no secret that this fall has not been the greatest weather wise, lots of rainy weekends. Throw in a lot of illness and it makes it tough to schedule family pictures for people. Well the last 2 Sunday afternoons have been amazing weather wise. I got the chance to photograph another photographer’s family and it was a fun session. I mean look at this group absolutely stunning, every last one of them.
