Description: It has been said that we teach what we need to learn. This is certainly true in my life and it is what led me into participating in a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program in 1992. I don’t claim to have totally tamed my automatic reactivity to stress since then (just ask my wife) but over the years, I have learned a bit about it. Since having participated in that initial program, I have gone on to facilitate many MBSR programs for groups and individuals. My passion now is to share what I’ve learned about living mindfully through personal coaching sessions. Whether you are in the business world coping with changing financial conditions or personally challenged by the changes we all go through in life, I hope to help. Please join me in this journey of stopping to reconnect with yourself beyond what is stressing you out.
