He says he didn't move but the MPD officer tasered him anyway. There are a bunch of issues here that will have to be resolved, whether the stop was warranted, whether the escalation of force was warranted and the misuse of the taser--you don't taser somebody touching somebody or something else, and definitely not something metal.
