October Residential Sales for Metro Moncton
My chart below illustrates the monthly trend of residential unit sales in "metro' Moncton (City of Moncton, City of Dieppe and Town of Riverview). The slide in residential unit sales began a year ago. The number of sales this October was identical to last year. New construction units made up a larger percentage of these sales.
