Everyday, children are orphaned into extreme poverty. They are left to fend for themselves, without safe food or clean water and with no hope for a quality education.
Mothers Fighting For Others is dedicated to providing these children with the basic necessities that we provide for our own children. We will give them a roof over their heads, safe food and clean water, and a chance to learn, to grow and to thrive.

Special Thanks to Some VERY Special People!
Today we’d like to send out a very special thank you to some very special people!
Just a few weeks ago some amazing friends of MFFO, Michael and Audrey Forshey, threw an incredible silent auction and fundraiser in their beautiful home and were able to raise an astounding $14,699.43! This is such an incredible gift to the girls and MFFO! Rocky, Jen, and I truly enjoyed being able to be a part of such a beautiful evening and being able to meet new friends who all share the same passion to help St. Monica Children’s Home and the Gift of Education!
We just wanted to say thank
The word “Sponsor” will never be the same to me
I remember the first time I heard Mothers Fighting for Others’ founder Rocky Turner’s voice. Her husband Jeff had posted an audio of part of their phone conversation during her very first trip to the girls’ orphanage in Kenya (several years ago). Thoughts for the Holidays
It’s 4am and I can’t sleep. And amongst the million things on my mind, I find myself thinking about the girls. Are they ok? What are they struggling with? What’s on their minds? What happened today in their lives? In the midst of their situation, are they becoming the best women they can be…the women they deserve to become?
I’ve been thinking about the past trips I’ve had with them and how my relationship with each one has grown. I love that amongst all the memories I have in my life, some of my favorite are the times I’ve sat with them while doing homework, or listening to music, or wiping away tear after tear as I hug their shaking little bodies. I feel ali
