This blog documents some of my favorite healthy meals and activities, as well as some nutritional and health information. I like to live my life with a green, "crunchy" approach. I have been inspired by Dr. Joel Fuhrman's approach to healthy eating and while it sometimes deviates from his approach my focus is on healthy "clean" vegetarian eating and general health.
I began the blog to document my food consumption as a "food journal" but it has morphed into a blend of various things. I hope you enjoy it :)
