Update On My Abdominal Pain
I've posted before about the pain that I've been having in the lower left part of my abdomen. I went to my family doctor this morning for a follow up. I told him that the acid reducers weren't helping any so he told me to stop taking them. I reminded him that the next thing he said that we needed to rule out was an ulcer and he said that there was no way it was an ulcer because the pain wasn't in the right spot for that. 9 Months, My Next Post Op Appointment and My Uniform
So today marks 9 months since my rny. I'm down 73lbs since the beginning of my 3 day liquid diet and 53 since surgery (this morning's weigh in was 206.5). I'm trying to keep positive about things but it's hard when you're following the guidelines and exercising pretty much every day...... and yet not losing at all. At my last appointment with Dr Fitzer's office, I was 210...... this morning, 5 months later, 206.5! I know I shouldn't be comparing my journey with anyone else's but it's really hard to go onto the forum and read about people who had surgery after me being almost at goal. Of course I'm happy for them but it also makes me feel down about my own journey. I don't understand
