Walking/jogging: 5km, 48min, avg hr 129, energy 501 kcal, TE3.1 Third and last day of my fourth week on the The Couch-to-5K Running Plan, did the following intervals in the middle of a 5 km walk: 3 min running, 1,5 min rest, 5 min running, 3 min rest, 3 min running.

Walking/jogging: 5km, 47min, avg hr 127, energy 493 kcal, TE3.1 Day two of my fourth week on the The Couch-to-5K Running Plan, did the following intervals in the middle of a 5 km walk: 3 min running, 1,5 min rest, 5 min running, 3 min rest, 3 min running. And I must say that I really like this program and it feels great to run and I look forward to be able to run longer and longer!
