Cops: Man Hits Girlfriend With Frozen Turkey BOSTON, MA -- A Dorchester man was arrested Saturday for assault and battery with a deadly weapon after he hit his girlfriend with a frozen turkey, The Boston Herald reported. The victim said her boyfriend, Mark Woodward, accused her of talking with her mother on the phone for too long. Woodward then took the turkey out of the freezer and threw it at her, hitting her in the hip, police said. The victim told police she had received the frozen turkey and other holiday groceries from her church. Woodward denied the charges, but a frozen turkey was found
