He looks so big!! You know, he really is big. Cameron is growing up in so many ways. The glasses make him look grown. The confident look in his face makes him look old. The fact that he’s grown a size and a half in shoe size… AND is close to growing out of all of his long pants makes him look grown. But you know what? He still loves a good cuddle. Spooky
There are so many highs and lows to life… And Cameron feels them so deeply. So Halloween ranked a super huge high. He got to hang out with his grandparents who came to town to enjoy the fun weekend. He also got to eat COPIOUS amounts of candy and play with his friends. What kind of kid could ask for more? Not too much. The trouble with all that fun? It can lead to a bit of involuntary insanity:

Fall smiles
This fall has been very rainy. So rainy that we’ve hit the peak of the fall colors outside and I haven’t been able to snap pictures of the kids with the leaves. I try to get pictures during a hike on a nature trail or a local state park… But the weather and our current obsession with attending football games and tailgates kept us from getting the pictures done. So… Today I decided to walk to school this afternoon

It isn’t every day when Tony Hawk comes to your town and shows off his moves for the heck of it. But that’s pretty much what happened this weekend. Tony Hawk has spent the last couple of weeks traveling and sending hints over Twitter. So I noticed he was coming from this tweet… An unexpected visit to our town:

End of the season… And into more “stuff”
Cam just wrapped up his football season. I have to say he started out as a completely unfocused player to a boy who knew how to block. That’s pretty cool. We’re proud of him and look forward to helping him get even better if he really wants to play again next year. Of course next year gets serious. The boys play tackle football next year – with helmets and pads. They even particip
