I have never been...
I have never been a fan of the Turner Centre or the building its going to be housed in.I happen to believe that the whole concept is just arty, farty pretentious tosh and wont be the driver for regeneration that many believe it will be. Last night at Scrutiny we received a presentation from Dereck Harding who heads up the Margate renewal programme. In his presentation we saw a picture of the Turner Centre under construction. Some of you will remember that I got into trouble a while back for posting THIS and this picture.
