The co-authors, Sherry Lowry of Austin Texas USA and Melinda Sinclair of Toronto Ontario Canada hope to bring these factors plus this research into greater public awareness, along with examples of how much of this is also "going to work" around the globe -- literally. In these times of such change, there are basic human and humanizing concepts alive and well. The intention is to become a set of fingers pointing the way to new hope and greater understanding of what's working in the workforce, and what supports this in terms of human practices and commitments.
