The Happiness Challenge        This week I decided to take a vacation, from my job and from my life. I went to North Carolina to catch up on old times and escape the pressures of home. I left Sunday afternoon for what should have been a five hour or so drive. But somehow the drive took hours longer. I found myself suffocated with anger, disappointment, hurt feelings and self doubt.         Normally time spent in the car is a vacation for me, no matter where I'm going.
